If you need outstanding pictures, there will always be a need to color correct, spot, composite or change backgrounds (for web sites, usually clean the background to white)
Talk with the photographer/retoucher about what you need retouched( white background or something more illustrative, like some of the print ads. you see in magazines)
Fees will vary depending on how complex the retouching will be.
